Arrived at Versveld, the journey was good but seemed to take a long time. I'm beginning to like traveling in aeroplanes, except for that bumpy bit when is meets the ground again. Hope I get to visit a match soon.
K-Clown found me in Cedar Cache British Columbia, Canada and offered me a lift to South Africa Versveld in April 2010. As this is the location of the World Cup, I thought is would be nice to pay a visit and meet some of those nice football fans.

Some nice people pick me up and took me for a ride. It seems I need
a visit to the hospital, but I haven't made it yet. My new location
is in a sort a pleasant little wooded area, I hope I get time to
have a little look around before moving on. I have just heard that
the race I was in has ended, so I guess I'd better try to head home
if I can find someone to give me a lift. It might be a nice change
to see some rain again...
express_cacheers retrieved it from
787 Vernon
These nice people picked me up today. They said they would take me
on a long journey, I hope it's not too long though before they come
across a nice place to drop me. They are very nice people (thats
what they're called I found out), but this traveling can be very
bumpy at times.
UrbanLegends placed it in 787 Vernon
Those nice guys called UrbanLegend found me and offered to move me
somewhere a bit quieter, I shall miss the city, but I'm really
getting the urge to move on. This is a lovely spot right near a
lake the views are spectacular. Every one is friendly and its a
real nice place to roam around, but you do have to look carefully
where your walking in some places. The door can be a bit tricky at
times but I'm getting use to it now. I think I'll stay a while lots
more to see.
Vancouver Travel Bug Hub
Well that was really strange.... Went to sleep one evening, and
then woke up here, can't remember how I got here. Any way it's not
that bad but the two legged ones do speak kind of strange. I think
from the noise and smells, I must be in one of those big cities
I've heard off. Bit afraid to go out too much, theres just so much
noise and it's light most of the time. Later... Now that i'm
feeling a little braver, I have got out more and it's not that
frightening just a bit strange. There are some very nice flowers
and plants to look at but I wish the dogs would stop sniffing me.
The door of my accomodation is a bit funny too, had a 'creapy
crawley' thing trying to get in the other day, but I soon shooed
him off.

Now here's a place. I'm getting much better at traveling now and
actually look forward to visiting places like this. Not the quiet
peaceful place like the farm, this is a much more bustling
location. Some of the other visitors are very friendly after they
realise your not trying to eat their dinner. Some of them are much
more difficult to understand though with all that screeching... A
rather affable Mallard (I think thats what he said he was) let me
share some tit-bits he had and we seem to have talked to me for
ages. He said I should be on the look out some nasty two legged
tall things that like to mess you about, I said I'd be careful, but
that I'd only met some rather nice ones so far. He said he'd like
to take me up for a flight to show me the area from above, I said
thanks but I thought it would only make me a bit sick. I said I'd
look out for him while I'm wandering about, but I didn't see him
again, so I think he must have moved on.

JollyJax placed it in 11 - Merton Grounds Farm
The Bluebell Wodds was such a pleasant place I thought I'd stay for
a while. Then JollyJax came along and off I went again, I'm getting
much better at packing with short notice now. I'm now lounging at a
place where the smells and noises remind me of home. I guess we
must be near a farm. During the day you can hear the old familiar
sounds of tractors, and in early evening the sounds of farm dogs
excitedly waiting there dinner. Nice place I think I may try to
stay for a while.
Steerpike.Instance placed it in Bluebell Woods
Steerpike.Instance found me hiding in my little hidy hole, and
offered me another little trip. He was not expecting to travel far
over the next few weeks but asked me if I'd like to visit a nice
little Bluebell spot he'd heared of, and before you can say 'Blue
Bell woods' we where off. Its nice here lots of friendly animals to
speak to. 'Patch' a passing badger explained that its on the
outskirts of a place called Ewelme, and that its a wooded area
called Hyde Shaw. Doesn't matter really, I just think its a nice
place to wander around.
pheasanthousegang placed it in THE BUNK CACHE - C&W Railway
Took a little time but we finally got here, the traffic was
terrible. Lovely location though and well worth the journey. A
pleasant historic railway walk along the Cholsey and Wallingford
Railway
Flo-Rider placed it in Greenham Common TB Hotel
I left home in Newbury and managed to hitch a lift to my first stop
off at a hotel on Greenham common. Nice place and though my stay
there was quite short, I did manage to find the time to have a
little look around. Some of the plants where beautiful and wild,
but a few where a bit intimidating, however a passing fox told me
I'd be OK if I stayed out in the open patches and I did. On 1st Feb
the 'pheasanthousegang' offered to take me on to another cache, and
I gracefully accepted.
I'm just a little tiny pig
'Trotalong' is my nickname
I've never been on holiday
and so I've joined this game
I want to travel far and wide
my mum say's thats OK
Provided I return back home
in six months and a day...
I'd like to see the pyramids
and maybe Pompeii to
some Belgian chocolates would be nice,
and what's a kangaroo?
I hear my race is over
so my wandering time is done.
My goal is now to get back home
to where I started from.
The Greenham travel bug hotel
that's where I long to be,
my mum say's when I get there
we will celebrate with tea...
